About this property

Holiday Home 'Psili Ammos' with Private Terrace, Balcony and Air Conditioning

Two-storey newly-built house, on the beach of Psili Ammos. Ideal for family with kids.



On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. There is also a beautiful veranda with an outdoor dining set for 6 persons and a wonderful view of the beach of Psili Ammos.



On the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds of 2,10Χ1,40. Both bedrooms have access to a big veranda with an incredible view. There is one bathroom on the first floor and one on the ground floor, parking and a yard.



The main advantage of this villa is that it is situated on the most beautiful beach of the island.

Best view, spacious appartment

The house is spacious (2 balconys and one for the towels to dry) and clean, the view on Psili Amos beach perfect. During the day the beach gets crowded, so you are privileged to be there in the mornings and evenings nearly all by yourself (beach is only a view steps from the apartment). Infrastructure (shower, washing machine) is a bit old, but still functional. Lovely apartment, I can absolutely recommend.
