It’s a simple country stone house on a flat piece of land with trees and plants and an outside wood oven, with a nice sea view.
Near the house there is Karavi beach in 250 meters walking distance.
Also Livadi (the port), is 1,3 km walking distances.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and an indipendente studio in the basement with a large bedroom for three persons and a bathroom. Total sq. meters 135.
There are 4 verandas around the house and a wood oven.

The host was so lovely and welcoming, great location and very thoughtful house. Local restaurant only 5 minutes away was a perfect spot with delicious food. You have a great spot for coffee at the front in the morning and a perfect place for dinner overlooking the sea for dinner.

We had a great vacation at stone house.The property was even better than the pictures.The host greeted us at the villa and was available for anything we needed. Close to town but far enough away to be private and quiet. You need to rent a car to get around and explore the many beaches.We had a great time at stonehouse (six adults)I would definitely recommend this lovely house.Thank you for letting us stay.

Magnifique maison avec tout le confort moderne, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Emplacement idéal avec plage calme accessible à pied et Livadi proche. Nombreuses terrasses pour s'adapter au vent et au soleil.

It’s a house built with local stones, with respect to tradition of the island and especially the Cyclades, with a strong chatacter.
The private land around the house, with trees and plants, is flat.
There are 4 verandas around the house where you can sit, drinking your coffee or your drink or eating or playing games seeing the nice sea view.
The beach Karavi and a taverna are very closed to the house, in a walking distance of 250 meters each one. Also the port with night life is closed, 1300 meters.
There is parking space in the private land for 3-4 cars.
