Host canceled our reservation THREE hours before check in. We came from Maryland and were basically left with no place to stay 6 hours from home. Worst experience I've ever had on this platform.

We completely understand how upsetting it was to have your plans disrupted so close to your scheduled arrival, especially after traveling such a long distance. Unfortunately, an unforeseen issue arose that prevented us from being able to accommodate the reservation as planned.
