Hello and welcome to Holiday Apartment No. 5! This comfortable, newly built 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Stock holiday apartment building.

The apartment stands out for its modern amenities, which exude warmth and cosiness.

The heart of this two-room holiday apartment is the large, light-filled, open-concept living and dining area with large panoramic windows and access to the spacious balcony.
In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, you can cook to your heart’s content.

A cosy seating area invites you to relax. Watch films and TV shows in HD quality on the 50-inch TV.

The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200), a TV, and a wardrobe. The large panoramic window leads out to the spacious balcony. Start your day off on a relaxed note in the barrier-free bathroom with its spacious, walk-in shower.

You can conveniently park your car in your free parking space in the underground garage.

The total price includes final cleaning as well as bed linens and towels. If you’re staying with us for more than ten nights, you’re eligible for a free change of towels and bed linens. Please schedule an appointment with us for this.

Liebes Team, wir waren jetzt zum 3.in Kluftern, weil wir die Wohnung einfach lieben! Gute Aufteilung, toller Style und modern und immer Topp sauber.Die Tiefgarage mit Aufzug und seperatem Keller für unsere E bikes einfach toll. Auch erwähnen möchte ich Doris und Martin die immer gut drauf sind und alle Wünsche erfüllen,falls mal was anfällt, was so gut wie garnicht möglich ist.Wir kommen gerne wieder. Was ich mir wünschen würde,wäre noch ein scharfes Gemüse bzw kleines Schälmesser und mehr normale Gläser ( wenn man die Spülmaschine nutzt sind 5 Gläser bisschen wenig, aber das wärs dann auch schon. Das die Straße sehr laut ist, dafür könnt ihr ja nichts. Liebe Grüße Familie Franke Paar 60

Sehr schönes, neues Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Einzig die Lage an der Durchgangsstraße haben wir wegen der Fahrgeräusche als störend empfunden. Sehr gut, das Parkplatz außen und in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung steht, sogar mit Aufzug zu den Appartements Urlauber
