Die schöne, neuwertige Wohnung ist insgesamt toll. Die Betten und das Sofa sehr bequem. Ausreichend Stauraum für unsere Sachen war auch vorhanden. Parken war in der Tiefgarage mit angeschlossenem Fahrradraum möglich, ebenso auf den vorhandenen Stellplätzen oberirdisch. Das war sehr angenehm. Was die Wohnung selbst betrifft, gibt es bis auf ein paar Dinge in der Küchenausstattung, wie z. B. eine fehlende Kaffeekanne nebst Kaffeefilter (es ist lediglich eine Kaffeepadmaschine vorhanden), die in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Mikrowelle ist nicht vorhanden und ein paar fehlende Haken im Bad, nichts zu bemängeln. Einzig der ständige, starke Verkehrslärm machte für uns die Nutzung der Terrasse leider unmöglich. Allerdings war es durch die baubedingte Zwangsbelüftung auch gut möglich bei geschlossenem Fenster zu schlafen. Paar mit zwei Hunden

Wir waren in der FeWo Nr. 3 und waren total begeistert. So eine gut ausgestattete FeWo hatten wir noch nie. Es ist alles vorhanden, sauber und gepflegt. Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Selbst meine Mutter, die im Rollstuhl sitzt, ist super in der Wohnung zurecht gekommen. Einzige Anregung: vielleicht im Bad ein paar Haken oder eine weitere Stange für Handtücher zum aufhängen/trocknen. Mutter/Tochter Urlaub.

Die Wohnung hat voll unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir haben nach einer Wohnung gesucht nah am Bodensee (nur 4km) aber nicht mitten im Touristenrummel. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr gut eingerichtet mit Allem was man so braucht. Haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Grosse Tiefgarage mit grossen Stellplätzen, aber auch Aussenstellplätze. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur war unkompliziert/präzise und Martin/Doris, die Eigentümer des Ferienhauses, sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich/freundlich und... sehr Hundefreundlich. 300m von der Wohnung entfernt sind gleich 2 Bäckereien, ein kleiner Supermarkt, Metzger und Apotheke. Sehr praktisch für den täglichen Bedarf. Haben schon mit Doris darüber gesprochen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln an der ganzen Wohnung sowie auch an der Ausstattung. Lediglich ein paar kleine Untertassen, 2 einfache Schüsseln, noch eine gössere Pfanne/Topf sowie Backformen für Auflauf im Ofen. Aber auch nur weil wir wegen unserem Hund voll die "Selbstverpfleger" sind und nicht ausserhalb essen. junges Rentnerpaar mit Hund
