Properly was new and clean. Very close to downtown and Biltmore. The identification confirmation process after booking was a pain, so much to the point where I thought it was a scam for my identity due to the consistent issues with the link to identify and confirm. The hosts were very responsive, which was nice. The location is in more so of a warehouse/small business area. The river that is referred to in the listing description is actually well across the street and doesn't provide much of a view as can be assumed based on the way it is described in the listing. However, overall, it was a great stay and very convenient.
