Marina Azzurra Resort is located in the municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro, on the left bank of the Tagliamento River, about 2 km from the estuary that marks the natural border between Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto. It is a unique oasis of peace that extends over a green area of 120.000 m², a few steps from the Punta Verde Animal Park in Lignano Riviera and 2.5km from the beach and the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro and Bibione. This exclusive holiday complex, consisting of houseboats, is inspired by Dutch and Canadian floating villages. Inside the resort you will find a large green area with a multifunctional field with synthetic surface: ideal for five-a-side football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bocce and ping-pong table. To the delight of the little ones, there is a shaded playground with a sandy floor and beautiful themed games. The spacious pool area with children's and adult pools, as well as a wellness area with water loungers, a whirlpool and neck massage fountains is certainly worth mentioning. The large solarium is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. A kiosk with a snack bar, as well as a mini supermarket provide for your physical well-being. A public barbecue area is available. Electric boats, canoes and bicycles can be rented directly at the resort. The complex also has a communal washing machine, dryer and iron in an extra room in the public area.
The 65-square-metre, two-storey Houseboat River can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and is accessible from land via a wooden walkway. This boat is located directly on the banks of the river. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds. If required, the double sofa bed in the living area offers two more sleeping options. The well-equipped kitchenette is located in the living area on the upper deck of the boat and is equipped with a ceramic hob, crockery, cutlery, pots, an Italian capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower and hairdryer. The spacious terrace on the upper deck offers a fantastic view of the river and is equipped with a table, chairs, a parasol and two loungers. Barbecues are allowed at the communal barbecue areas. The journey time from the Italian border is about 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
ARRIVAL DAY + STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days as well as the minimum length of stay in the desired season. Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please contact us before arrival). The same applies if you want to leave earlier. Here, too, departure is possible the day before. However, the rental period/rental price required for booking remains unchanged.

BEACH�PGJyPgIf you book your holiday at the Marina Azzurra Resort, you can relax on the golden beach of Lignano thanks to the beach service. The beach of Lignano Riviera is 2.5 km from the Marina Azzurra Resort. Guests can reach the beach by bike or by car thanks to a cycle path surrounded by greenery. Bicycles can be rented directly at the resort thanks to the rental of city bikes and e-bikes.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The complex is very family-friendly. For the little guests, there is a children's pool, a beautiful shaded playground available. Baby cot and high chair can be borrowed. The holiday complex is car-free and thus offers the children the opportunity to move around the complex without danger.
LEISURE & SPORTS
Inside the resort you will find a large green area with a multifunctional field with a synthetic surface: ideal for five-a-side football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bocce and ping-pong table. In addition to the spacious pool area, you can rent bicycles, canoes and electric boats directly at the campsite. Many sports activities and tournaments are also offered on the beach.
SHOPPING
The campsite has a mini supermarket where you can find items for everyday use. You will also find other shopping facilities in the surrounding area.
MEALS
The accommodation has a well-furnished kitchen with a ceramic hob, crockery, cutlery, pots, an Italian capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, as well as a fridge with freezer compartment., If you want to indulge in culinary delights, you have the option of using a delivery service. Breakfast and dinner will be conveniently delivered to your accommodation.
PETS�PGJyPgPets are welcome at Marina Azzurra Resort. Registration of your pet is mandatory. Please carry your pet's health book with proof of vaccination. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool and solarium area, as well as in the dining room on the river boat. In Lignano Riviera, directly at the mouth of the Tagliamento river, there is the "Spiaggia di Duke", a well-equipped stretch of beach where four-legged friends are also welcome. The parasols are arranged at longer distances from each other, the sand is always cleaned and dog loungers, food bowls and leashes, as well as showers and dog waste bags are available. Dogs can swim in the sea and have fun in the agility area.

The Marina Azzurra Resort is located in the municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro, on the left bank of the Tagliamento river, about 2 km from the mouth of the open sea. The lively town of Lignano Sabbiadoro with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the long sandy beach can be reached after about 3km.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
The Marina Azzurra Resort is located on the left bank of the Tagliamento River and is integrated into a unique unspoiled natural oasis in Italy. It is home to rare bird species in the unique flora and fauna. A few minutes' walk from the complex is the Punta Verde Zoological Park, a visit to which is a highlight, especially for the little guests. Lignano Sabbiadoro is also only about 3 km away and is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Italy. It offers a beautiful long and wide sandy beach, with many services and sports facilities. On the beach you will find well-organized beach bars, new sunbeds and umbrellas as well as showers, children's activities and spacious changing rooms. If you want to do sports, you will be spoilt for choice! Sailing, kayaking, beach volleyball or boccia, everyone will find exactly what suits him/her. Family is very important here, so there are several events for children, mothers or the whole family. Baby, mini and junior clubs offer children of all ages an opportunity to make new friends from all over the world. If you want to go on a day trip, we recommend the famous art city of Venice. Let yourself be put in a romantic mood with a ride on the gondola, stroll through the winding alleys, cross the Rialto Bridge and visit the Piazza di San Marco and the famous Doge's Palace. For those who prefer it wilder, we recommend the Aquasplash theme park in Lignano Sabbiadoro or Gulliverlandia in San Giuliano. For smaller children, the 3000m2 Rio Blu playground in Bibione is also a good choice. Here you will find go-kart tracks, bouncy castles, a swimming pool with boats and much more. Restaurants, bars and discos can be found on every corner in Bibione. Culinary lovers are spoiled here! Several churches, palaces and castles are located around Bibione and are waiting to be discovered by you. You can visit them independently or during a guided tour. Valgrande, the lagoon that is hidden behind Bibione, is a must-see if you are a nature lover! Animals, plants and bodies of water will delight you with their absolute and untouched beauty!
