I thought it was very reasonably priced for the location. The remodeling is gorgeous. The pool is nice the view is the best the location is great.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We enjoyed being close to the beach area. We did have a few issues with property. When we arrived, the house didn't look as if it had been cleaned recently. It was COVERED in bugs inside, alive and dead. I had to vacuum entire house, so we felt comfortable walking around. The kitchen had small bugs on the counters so we couldn't leave food unattended or they would get in it. The pool also had tons of palm fronds and bugs in it. We had to spend awhile cleaning it as well to be able to use it. The air in the house seemed to have an override on it. We were unable to get the house below 76 (hotter during the day) the entire stay so it was hot at times.Most of the outlets were unable to be used and a few of them we found to use had drywall behind it, so they were also unusable.All the rooms run on remote controls for the lights and fans. The study we didn't have a remote for so we could not utilize the fan so sleeping in there was hotter than the rest of the house. The hot water in the shower took a good 10 minutes to work. At first, we thought we had no hot water. One guest showered in cold and by the time they were finished it had slightly warmed up.
