2 bedroom accommodation in Egmond aan Zee

Holiday home De Duynvoet is located behind another holiday home, but offers absolute privacy. The modern living room is furnished with a corner sofa, dining area with 4 chairs, flat screen television, radio/CD player, DVD player and patio doors to the terrace.
 
The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.
 
The house has 2 bedrooms, both furnished with single box spring beds. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, walk-in shower and sink.
 
The terrace is located on the southwest, where it is especially wonderful to relax in the spring/summer months. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun lounger.
 
A washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room, as well as the possibility to store bicycles.
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve.

Man fühlte sich sofort Zuhause und Willkommen! Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften unseren großen Hund mitbringen, gar kein Problem. Alle konnten gut auf den Matratzen schlafen und haben sich wohlgefühlt. Das Bad ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle,begehbare Dusche. Da alles ebenerdig ist, können wir das nächste Mal auch die Oma mitnehmen. Man ist schnell im Ort oder am Strand.

Wie schon so oft bzw. fast schon immer wieder - Unterkunft wie erwartet und erhofft = sehr gut. Diesmal zusätzlich - im Vergleich zum Vorjahr - noch mit blickdichten Vorhängen im (ersten) Schlafzimmer und neuem Schrank (sowie Boden) im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Bei gutem Wetter - ausreichend warm und bestenfalls sonnig - ist die Terrasse mit großem Glastisch und vier Stühlen ein zusätzliches Highlight des "Zomerhuis". Auch nicht zu verachten in bestimmten Situationen bzw. zu entsprechenden Zeiten ist das stabile WLAN.

Wie immer ist die Terrasse das eigentliche Highlight - gut für Frühstücke und mehr in der Sonne direkt vor'm Haus. Aber selbstverständlich nicht nur: das Sommerhaus ist schön hell, geräumig und modern - inklusiver kompletter Küche - eingerichtet. Bad mit Dusche und großem Dach-/Deckenfenster - insgesamt vor Kurzem einiges erneuert und renoviert. Viele - auch deutsche - TV-Kanäle (in HD) vorhanden und W-LAN richtig gut und definitiv ausreichend (und mehr+) schnell. Fazit: empfehlenswert und auch für uns (drei+Hund) immer wieder gerne! Hoffentlich bald...
