2 bedroom accommodation in Egmond aan Zee

Holiday home Het Zandhuisje is located next to a house and offers absolute privacy. The entrance is on the ground floor. You enter directly into the comfortably furnished living room, equipped with a sofa with comfortable cushions, swivel armchair and cozy dining area. The simply, but practically furnished kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, Senseo and microwave.
 
The small bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a shower and sink with mirror. The house has a separate toilet.
 
You reach both bedrooms via the spiral staircase. The bedrooms each have a double bed (2 separate mattresses and single duvets), ample wardrobe space and a sink with mirror.
 
The small terrace with garden furniture is wonderfully sheltered on the east, where you can enjoy the lovely morning sun.
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve.a

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, wenn man Kinder hat oder schon etwas gebrechlich ist, dann ist der kurze Weg zum Strand perfekt. Service mit defekter Senseo und Besen war perfekt. Es ist alles an Utensilien vorhanden, klar fehlt einem manchmal etwas, was zu Hause selbstverständlich ist, aber im Urlaub ist man da entspannt.

Klein und einfach, dafür zentral gelegen

Eine kleine saubere Ferienwohnung, etwas eng, aber schön und ausreichend zum Übernachten. Die Lage ist genial, Strand Gastronomie, Ortszentrum und Müllabgabestation sind sehr nah gelegen. Super!

Klein aber fein in TOP Lage

Der Aufenthalt war super, wir hatten einen Hund dabei, im Haus war alles wichtige zu finden, was man in einem kleinen Häuschen braucht. Die Haustür sieht nicht aus wie eine Haustür, sondern eher wie eine Terrassen Tür, daher etwas aufpassen, da aber die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin einwandfrei funktioniert hat, war auch das kein Problem. Klein und hübsch in top Lage! Man ist in weniger als 2 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 3 am Strand (alles fußläufig). Schön wäre es einen Schirm oder dergleichen auf der Terasse hinter dem Haus zu haben, sodass man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen kann :).
