Beach access

Appreciated the boardwalk that went all the way to the beach - no climbing over the sand dunes

Love The Beach

We had a great time and if anything needed property management support, they were very responsive. We think the investment in black out shades in bedrooms would enhance the sleeping in potential.

We are delighted to have had you as our guest at our Sand Dollar Vacation Rental Property on Amelia Island! We would be thrilled to welcome you back anytime. Thank you for choosing our property for your getaway. We also appreciate the suggestion regarding shades vs blinds in the bedrooms. We will certainly look into adding blackout curtains in the primary bedroom with the sliding door. I certainly understand where heavier curtains would be beneficial with the sun brightly shining as it rises over the ocean. That is certainly doable - thank you. We look forward to hosting you again in the future! Please come back soon.

Exactly what I was hoping for

I was a little worried that the room would not be as nice as it looked in the picture. However, it was just as nice in person. We really enjoyed our stay. There were complimentary pool toys and beach toys which was perfect because we forgot ours. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were clean.

Excellent location

The condo unit is excellent. Covered parking and bike storage, large pool was never crowded, flat boardwalk over the dunes with two hoses to wash beach items, elevator make this facility top notch. The condo unit was as described, with plenty of “starter” items. Everything was very clean. Master bed is a very soft, we found the second bedroom had a firmer mattress. Overall great stay, and we will definitely be back!
