Welcome to Apartment 3 of our new holiday rental! With 35 square metres of space, this apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment features two rooms, including a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed that is 1.8 metres wide. The other room is a combination of living room and kitchen, creating a cosy atmosphere. Here you’ll find a pull-out sofa that sleeps two additional guests. Enjoy relaxing evenings reading, watching Smart TV, or chatting with your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, as well as cutlery and cooking utensils. Here you can easily prepare your favourite dishes and enjoy meals together. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, and towels and soap, all of which are included. Bed linens, extra blankets, and a skylight are also available. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi so you can go online at any time, and a shared washing machine and dryer so you can take care of your laundry during your stay. For your convenience, a limited number (3–4) of free parking spaces are available. For larger vehicles, there is a secure car park about 1 km away. All major destinations in Bad Königshofen are within easy walking distance from here. Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A visitor’s tax of 2 EUR per person per night is payable on site. A security deposit of 50 EUR must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded in cash upon departure. A fee applies for the use of the washing machine and dryer.
