Large vacation home with ground-floor access (5-star vacation home)

Our holiday farm includes the holiday home and a separate holiday apartment (please book this separately if needed— 5033716), as well as an outbuilding, the old “barn,” which can only be booked directly through us.
The holiday apartment:
is located on the upper floor of the holiday home and is accessible via an outdoor staircase and a separate entrance.
It can be used as an extension (for 2–4 people) of the holiday home or as a standalone holiday apartment. A large, separate balcony invites you to relax.

The holiday home:
We have paid particular attention to ensuring that the entire ground floor—the “Rosenzimmer” with 3 beds and the “Lehmzimmer” (so named for its restored clay ceiling), which also has 3 beds plus a sofa—is barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible:
98-centimeter-wide doors, step-free access to the rooms, ramps replacing stairs where there are significant height differences, spacious room layouts for freedom of movement, and an accessible bathroom round out the overall family-friendly experience.

The cosy, warmth-providing wood-burning stoves in the kitchen and living room are supplemented by an efficient gas boiler with solar water heating.

Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are located on the upper floor.

The spacious gable-end room, decorated in blue, features a 2.6-meter-diameter bed and an additional single bed behind the half-timbered wall.

The cosy Blackberry Room under the sloping roof, with a white double bed and a cot, is a favourite among young families.

In the attic, you can gaze at the stars through two skylights and, if needed, rest your weary head in one of the two beds (1 m x 2 m).

The courtyard and terrace area, designed to be accessible for guests with disabilities, provides barrier-free access to the outdoor spaces, as well as ample room for loading and unloading cars, playing, and relaxing.
The stable in the front courtyard can be booked as needed or is otherwise off-limits.
The village of Oberlauringen, a district of Stadtlauringen, captivates visitors with its picturesque village scenery and vibrant history. Our idyllic holiday farm is part of this and features a large garden as well as a fenced-in lawn. The holiday home, which includes a holiday apartment and a barn, is located on a quiet village street and makes everyone feel right at home the moment they arrive.

A wide variety of recreational activities in the surrounding area and in Schweinfurt invite young and old alike to enjoy sports and games. Oberlauringen is situated along a well-developed network of bike paths that extends all the way to Coburg or Bad Kissingen.
