The "Lichtblick" holiday apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Grömitz-Brenkenhagen and offers plenty of sunlight and beautiful views from every room. The 80 m², two-storey accommodation features a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, providing space for four guests. Amenities include fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Two high chairs and two baby cots are also available.



You have access to a private outdoor area with a fenced garden, a southeast-facing terrace, and a barbecue. Enjoy the peaceful countryside and wide, scenic landscape year-round. Grömitz town center and the beach are just a five-minute drive away. Public transport is within walking distance, and a cycle path connects you quickly to Grömitz or the surrounding area. Walks through nearby woods and meadows are also recommended.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Up to two dogs are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted. Three bicycles are provided. There is a garden shed for storing your own bikes. Towels and bed linen are included.



The house features modern, eco-friendly technology. A photovoltaic system supplies green electricity, and an efficient heat pump ensures pleasant temperatures all year. For guests with electric cars, a wallbox is available for convenient charging (for an extra fee).
