This beautiful 2-room holiday rental is a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing beach holiday. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove and is integrated into the combined living/dining area. The bedroom, featuring a double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm), can be separated from the living area by sliding glass panels. The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four people. The modern bathroom with a shower is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few steps away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

Up to two dogs are permitted for a fee, provided you register them in advance.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
