Welcome to the 2-room holiday apartment No. 399!

The apartment, which features a balcony, is located on the 4th floor of a high-rise building and offers a side view of the ocean through the gaps between the other buildings. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove and is integrated into the combined living and dining area. The living area features a fold-down bed and a sleeper sofa. The separate bedroom, which has a skylight, features a single bed. The bright bathroom has a shower and a skylight as well. The beach is just a few steps away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies may still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside dining, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
