In the exquisite setting of Scharbeutz-Haffkrug, the NAUTIC LOUNGE 45 awaits you, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea from your terrace. You’re just a few steps away from a long, sandy beach.

Built at the end of the 19th century and occupied until recently by a local family, the house underwent extensive renovation in 2019. The NAUTIC LOUNGE 45 is designed in a maritime country house style and combines cosiness with elegance.

On the ground floor, you enter a light-filled hallway with a coat closet. To the right is an open and spacious dining room designed like a sunroom. Thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, this room is always bathed in light. Behind the dining room lies the cosy living area with a pull-out corner sofa (140x200 cm), an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. A sliding door leads from the living area to the first bedroom, which features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm). Through the hallway, you’ll find the modern and well-equipped kitchen with a portable 2-burner induction cooktop. Behind the kitchen is a shower stall (80x80 cm) with a glass partition, a sink, and a small window. The rear (children’s) bedroom with a bunk bed adjoins the bright and modern bathroom, which features a large, walk-in shower, two sinks, heated floors, and a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy reading nook with a sea view, as well as a bright living area with a sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and access to the spacious balcony. A sliding door leads to another bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. There is also a guest bathroom with a window on this level.
The spacious balcony, fully furnished and equipped with a beach chair, leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can enjoy meals together, watch the sunrise over the horizon, or wind down the day with a glass of wine.

Please note that a parking space is not included. You may stop briefly directly in front of the house for loading and unloading. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable garage. As a special highlight, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the stretch of beach directly across from your holiday rental. The beach chair is available for use between May 15 and September 15.
