Welcome to your Colorado home away from home! This spacious 3BR Centennial retreat, near Greenwood Village & DTC, features 2 king bedrooms + 1 queen, 2.5 baths, a bright kitchen and living area, pool table, and deck with grill and leafy views. Enjoy easy access to DTC, Fiddler's Green, restaurants, shopping, parks & trails. Perfect for families, groups or work stays.
The main floors consists of a living room, kitchen, breakfast area, forma dining room, and a game room with a pool table. All 3 bedrooms are together upstairs. The primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. A second king bedroom and queen bedroom can share a full hall bath with tub/shower accessed via the hallway. The queen bedroom also includes a workspace. Enjoy two outdoor spaces reserved for your stay—a furnished upper deck with grill and leafy views, plus a lower patio with additional seating. Guests may also enjoy the backyard.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fireplaces are decorative only and should not be lit.
