We would be delighted to welcome you to our cosy, comfortably furnished holiday apartment.

This comfortably furnished 2-room apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, is approximately 40 m² in size and is located on the 1st floor at the rear of this small holiday complex (lift available). The complex is situated in a low-traffic residential area about 100 m from the beach. It is about 600 m to the centre of Duhnen.


The bedroom, which opens onto the balcony, features a double bed.

The living/sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable sofa set and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave.

There is a reading nook in the sunny bay window (southeast-facing).

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.

Colour satellite TV in the living room and bedroom, a stereo system, and a telephone.

An underground parking space is also included with the apartment.

Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the building.

The bicycle storage room is located in the underground car park.

Beach chair No. 61 in section No. 44 is available to you
free of charge from the 1.5-30.9..

Residenz Steinmarne is a holiday apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right next to the beach, behind the dike and the dunes, on a traffic-calmed street. The complex features 34 holiday apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glass-enclosed bay window. An lift is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Building 2 and Building 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Centre “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum entry height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space)

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
