For your holiday by the sea, we offer a high-quality, well-equipped 2-room holiday apartment on the 2nd floor at the quiet rear of the building.
With approximately 50 m² of space, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Our apartment features a spacious balcony (facing southeast) and a private parking space. A wide selection of games, books, and DVDs ensures there’s never a dull moment, even when the weather is bad.
Practical extras such as a safe, smoke detectors, and outlet covers are also provided.

At the nearby beach (Feld 46 Steinmarner Freibad), we provide a free seasonal beach chair for you. (May–September)

The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
