This newly renovated 2-room holiday apartment is located in the Schloonseevillen on Schloonsee, just about 250 m from the Baltic Sea beach. The beach promenade, with its restaurants and cafes, invites you to linger. The centre of Bansin, with its shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The building features an lift, a bicycle storage room, and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. A free parking space is available at the building.



Apartment 15:

This modern and bright 2-roomnon-smoking holiday apartment with a balcony facing northeast is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building (accessible by lift) and can accommodate up to 3 people for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful seaside resort of Bansin. The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa (which folds out to accommodate the third person), a flat-screen TV, a radio with a CD player, and a chest of drawers. The kitchen-living room, featuring a small counter that serves as a dining area, is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave with oven function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and dishes. The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a spacious closet. The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The entire apartment features allergy-friendly flooring with a wood-plank look, as well as insect screens on every window. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a cosy breakfast or wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. As a special highlight for your day at the beach, a beach chair is available free of charge on the beach from May through September (weather permitting).
An initial set of bed linens and towels can be booked before arrival for €20 per person.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 06:00 to 09:00.
