Its location is ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday near the beach, yet with easy access to Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, and Alicante.

It’s perfect for a couple, a family with one child, or for those who wish to work remotely for a few days or several weeks by the sea.

The apartment features a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with ocean views.

The interior has been designed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, even during longer stays. The living room is bright and has direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee, eat outdoors, or relax after a day at the beach or by the pool.

The apartment features central ducted air conditioning, high-speed Internet from Movistar, an alarm system, and a temperature and humidity sensor.

The apartment also includes a parking space in a secure underground garage. The parking space is located inside an individual garage, secured by a metal door, situated within the building’s main underground garage.

The apartment is located near the ocean, in the Playa Torres area of Villajoyosa.

You can reach Playa Torres on foot by following the coastal promenade in about 7–10 minutes.

In the Playa Torres area, you’ll find a beach bar open during the summer season and the restaurant El Trébol, which is open year-round. El Trébol features a pleasant outdoor terrace nestled among the pine trees and is highly regarded for its cuisine.

About 900 metres from the apartment is also the Azahar del Mar Restaurant, a Spanish restaurant specialising in Mediterranean cuisine.

The port of Villajoyosa is about a 17-minute walk away, following the same coastal path.

For nature lovers, just past Torres Beach begins a spectacular coastal trail approximately 4 km long that leads to Cala de Finestrat.
