Enjoy some time away at this tranquil cabin near Oliver Springs. The Cove at Windrock sits on 43 acres overlooking a serene stocked pond, multiple creeks, and forest. Bordering Windrock Park and less than a mile from access trail G23, it`s the perfect base for cruising through more than 73,000 acres of backcountry. Take a short ride to Historic Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary or Frozen Head State Park, or explore the creeks on the property before roasting marshmallows over the fire.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home sleeps up to 6: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed plus a bunk bed, and the living room offers an additional bunk bed. The full kitchen and living area open onto a deck and patio, with a detached carport and an outdoor play area. Central heat and air, plus a wood-burning fireplace, keep things comfortable year-round. Take in pond views with dock access right from the property, and unwind in the private hot tub. The home spans roughly 1,100 sq ft and includes a gas grill, range, microwave, and refrigerator.
All trash MUST be bagged up and taken to trash bins outside. There should be no loose trash in the bins. Failure to comply will result in a fine.

NOISE RESTRICTION-
Quiet time will be strictly enforced and begins at 11pm. Any noise complaints after that time will result in immediate eviction.

Please remove any excess mud from patio/porch area and outdoor tables.

This condo was amazing!! It is very spacious and clean!! There were 2 full size beds and two twin bunks. The full kitchen was stocked with dishes , a crockpot and a toaster. There is only one bathroom, but it is a spacious area! The internet was fantastic and allowed me to stream on Zoom for work without glitches! We were very close to the Windrock General Store. The pond was a pretty view. I did not look at the hot tub. I saw it on the listing, but didn't realize there is a deposit and process to be able to use it, no big deal, we have one at home, but something hoping for a hot tub, might want to read a little further into that. The owners answered my questions very quickly while I prepared to book (I had none after). The check in process is seamless! I would love to stay here again!
