Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.Die Kommunikation mit fewo-direkt ist verbesserungsfĂ€hig. Die Kontakt-Buttons in den E-Mails waren nicht aktiv. Daher war es nicht ganz einfach, mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufzunehmen. Nachdem es dann gelungen war, den Vermieter zu erreichen, hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt. Er war kurzfristig zu erreichen, hilfsbereit und hat ausfĂŒhrlich Auskunft gegeben.

Alles war super! Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Nur leider von FeWo keine Zugangsdaten bekommen und unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war keiner Erreichbar!!! Durch Zufall vor Ort, konnten wir den Gastgeber kontaktieren, ansonsten wÀren wir nicht in die Wohnung gekommen.

Ich hatte die EigentĂŒmer angeschrieben,ob evtl .eine Umbuchung auf November möglich ist. Ich hĂ€tte mich schon gefreut,wenn es eine ErmĂ€ĂŸigung fĂŒr November gegeben hĂ€tte,da ich aus der Frist fĂŒr eine Stornierung heraus war. Aber ich habe noch nicht einmal eine Antwort erhalten. Das finde ich sehr schwach.
