+Das Bett u die Couch waren sehr bequem, eigentlich war alles in der Wohnung sehr gut. +Der nachträgliche Lift ist Gold wert, da ich schlecht Treppen laufen kann. +Sehr vorteilhaft die zentrale Garage -Der Wasserdruck in der Küche war sehr schwach. -Staubsauger war noch vom Vorgänger schmutzig, Bürste voll Haare. - 1 Bettbezug war 20 cm kürzer wie der andere. Daher war das Deckbett zu kurz u der Reißverschluss musste unten geöffnet werden. Anregung: Evtl. wäre eine Gästemappe mit Erklärung des TV Gerätes, WLAN u der Dusche möglich?

Bei Erstbetretung der Wohnung war diese recht feucht. Wir vermuten, dass seit Wochen keiner mehr in der Wohnung war, da z.B. die Uhren am Herd oder am Badezimmerspiegel noch die Sommerzeit zeigten (die Herduhr habe ich korrigiert) und die Uhr im Flur ging gar nicht. Da die Wohnung quasi in tadellosem Zustand verlassen werden soll / muss, finden wir eine Endreinigung von 95€ etwas übertrieben. Optimal für eine höhere Wohnungsbewertung wäre ein Schrank und ein weiterer Fernseher im Schlafzimmer angebracht.

Einige Lampen/Leselampen in Küche und Schlaf- u. Wohnzimmer zusätzlich hätten wir uns gewünscht; der Fernsehapparat hatte keinen freien Zugang zu den Mediatheken; ein weiterer Esstisch im Wohnzimmer hat uns sehr gefehlt! Die Wohnung war angenehm sauber! Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt.
