The beach house "RIVALAGO" on Lake Constance is stylish and modern, the rooms are bright and friendly. The house was completely renovated in 2015, designed with attention to detail and equipped with high quality. Two individually designed bedrooms can accommodate four people. Marazzi stone tiles and handcrafted furniture in oak set rustic, high-quality accents in the design bathroom.

The light-flooded living room with large windows and direct access to the terrace offers a wonderful view of the lake. The first-class fireplace creates a special atmosphere in winter. This warm air fireplace with large glazed heating doors is an individually crafted master craft, which transforms the holiday home into an all-year-round ideal retreat for cozy moments.

The covered terrace and the beautiful garden invite you to relax with a wonderful lake view. On hot days, the private lake access offers
a welcome refreshment. Guests have direct access from the garden and can cool off in the wonderful Lake Constance. The panoramic terrace is equipped with seating and invites you to relax and eat outside - a grill is also available. Modern amenities such as satellite TV, Internet radio, dishwasher and Internet access via WLAN round off the holiday comfort in the holiday home.

Das Strandhaus hat eine traumhafte Lage mit toller Ausicht und direktem Seezugang.Wir haben unsere Zeit dort genossen und die lange Anfahrt von 850 km war schnell vergessen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Auch die nachhaltige, energetische Umsetzung der Renovierung des Hauses ist sehr gelungen. Würden gerne wiederkommen.

Wundervoll!

Das Strandhaus ist bis ins letzte Detail gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, dazu das herrliche Grundstück mit schönen Ausblicken auf den Zeller See ... wir hatten eine herrliche Woche dort und werden das "Rivalago" auf jeden Fall gerne wieder buchen!

Exklusiver Platz

Der Aufenthalt war rundum ein Genuss in einem "eigenen" Haus am See auf Zeit. Es ist geschmackvoll, funktional und großzügig ausgestattet. Ort und unmittelbare Umgebung sind landschaftlich besonders schön gelegen, mit sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen attraktiven Ausflugszielen in der Nähe. Wir haben uns in jeder Hinsicht, nicht zuletzt wegen der sehr angenehmen Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, absolut wohl gefühlt und möchten unbedingt wieder kommen.

Traumhafte Lage in absoluter Ruhe

Wir waren zu zweit über den Jahreswechsel 10 Tage im Rivalago und haben insbesondere die absolute Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Ausnahme war das äußerst sehenswerte Silvesterfeuerwerk über Radolfzell am gegenüberliegenden Seeufer mit Logenplatz im Wohnzimmer. Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich sauber, modern eingerichtet und insbesondere die Küche komplett ausgestattet, hier fehlt es auch für den Freizeitkoch an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt am Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes, das im Winter ganz den Vögeln gehört; alles Notwendige ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und wir konnten lange Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus unternehmen. Mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin vor Ort hatten wir einen sehr netten, schnellen und hilfreichen Kontakt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Lage

Das Haus liegt wunderbar direkt am Bodensee,Sonne hat man rund um die Uhr trotz Nordlage: Sonnenfrühstück auf der Terrasse und Tagesausklang in der bequemen Sitzgruppe am See, sehr gute Ausstattung und bequemes Mobiliar. Einziger Manko: die Küche ( Kühlschrank ,Spüle und Schränke) und die Schubladen im Bad hätte das Putzteam mehr in Augenschein nehmen müssen.

Relaxe pur am Bodensee

Das Haus befindet sich in einer Top Lage. Der Garten und der herrliche Blick auf den See, der direkte Seezugang und die zwei wunderschönen große Bäume sind perfekt. Das Mobiliar ist neu, könnte aber gemütlicher sein. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und alles hat geklappt wie es ausgemacht war. Das Haus ist auf jeden fall zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr sehr schönes Haus mit einer fantastischen Lage direkt am See. Ruhig gelegen, aber man ist in gut 5 min in Radolfzell, die Nahversorgung erreicht man schneller. Das ist sehr modern und ganz neu renoviert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Familie mit 2 Kindern

Traumurlaub am Bodensee

Das Haus befindet sich hinsichtlich Lage, Zustand und Ausstattung in einem hervorragenden Zustand, die Angaben in der Beschreibung waren in vollem Umfang zutreffend. Von Essplatz und Terasse herrlicher Blick direkt auf See, zwei wunderschöne alte Bäume sind als Schattenspender ideal. Das Mobiliar ist neu und hochwertig, die Ausstattung vollständig. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war nett und freundlich, alle Vereinbarungen wurden eingehalten. Ein Haus, in das wir gerne zurückkehren und das vorbehaltslos empfohlen werden kann.

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am See, sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses, sehr gute Vorbereitung / Betreuung vom Vermieter! Rundherum mehr als zufrieden, so dass das nächste Jahr dort schon reserviert ist :-)!
