Loftwohnung im Biosphärenreservat Schorfheide-chorin, 100 m zum Badesteg

Our spacious loft apartment, spanning two floors (75 sqm), is located at one end of a building constructed in 2020 that houses four holiday apartments, four private apartments, and a café open only on weekends. It has a separate entrance and a sunny terrace with seating for al fresco dining or relaxation.
Beautiful holiday accommodation for 2 people. (Not suitable for construction workers)
The newly renovated and comfortable apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette including stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, food processor, etc.
The large, light-filled living room features a cosy sofa corner and a spacious dining area.
Fast internet and Smart TV are available.
The bedroom on the ground floor is accessible via a wide wooden staircase. It features a four-poster bed (1.80 x 2.00m). From here, there is access to the large south-facing balcony with a view of the Düstersee lake.
The modern bathroom with walk-in shower includes a washing machine. Fresh bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided.
The apartment is sustainably supplied with energy (photovoltaic system and geothermal heat pump).
We only rent out the apartment in our absence (for personal reasons we live alternatively in the Uckermark and in Rheinhessen), a private room remains closed and is not rented out.
The village of Temmen is surrounded by several natural lakes; a public swimming area with a jetty is located directly opposite (100m). From here, you can enjoy beautiful walks, hikes, bike rides, and excursions through the Uckermark countryside.
Temmen is accessible from Berlin by public transport on weekdays; the bus stop is located directly in front of the house. Unfortunately, there are no buses on Saturdays and Sundays.
The farm shop of the organic farm Gut Temmen offers on-site shopping from Thursday to Saturday.
