You are just a 5-minute walk from the Puerta de Chiclana shopping center, as well as bus and tram stops. It is a 10-minute drive to La Barrosa Beach and the beaches of Cádiz city. The property features a 2x4 meter saltwater pool with a depth of 1.10 m. You have air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, television, Wi-Fi, Chromecast, towels, bed linen, washing machine, and iron. Free street parking is available. It is ideal for rest and relaxation.



Pets, smoking indoors, and events are not allowed on the property. You are asked to respect quiet hours (from 24:00 to 7:00). Live music (duo) may be available, depending on the musicians' availability. In case of loss or non-return of the keys, an additional charge will apply. The property uses energy-saving lighting.
