Self-contained one bed south -facing apartment with a large terrace (15 m). It is located on the 5th floor of the Best Western le Patio des Artistes Hotel, just off the famous shopping street Rue dÀntibes and 4 minutes from the Croisette and beaches. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, WIFI, and is decorated in Provencal style. Parking is also possible, subject to availability. It is a perfect location for Congresses and holidays all year round. It can be used as a base to explore the many places of interest along the coast, such as St. Tropez, Nice and Monte Carlo or to spend a day wandering around the colourful daily markets. The mountains are a short drive away with the opportunity to go skiing. For longer trips, Italy is very accessible by train. Whatever your needs are, you will be captivated by the elegance of the Croisette, the host of shops to enchant you on the Rue dÀntibes and the temptation of Mediterranean specialities in the many restaurant. This property is in a special place in the heart of Cannes, just around the corner from Rue de Antibes and one minute away from seven restaurants and Commodent Lamy Square.
Despite its central location it is very quiet and peaceful to sit on the sunny terrace, and is hidden away from all the street noises.
