Eine sehr schöne hochwertige Wohnung. Zentraler kann man nicht wohnen und doch ist es in der Wohnung absolut leise. Leider stehen 2 große Hotels im Blickfeld zum Wasser aber einen Ausschnitt zum Meer bietet die schöne großzügige Terrasse dennoch.

Schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage in Bad. Gute, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Die Beleuchtung im Außenbereich könnte - zumindest im Winter - etwas ausgebaut werden.
