Eine besonders schöne Wohnung, blitzsauber und gut ausgestattet. Hier wurde an alles gedacht und trotzdem ist nichts überladen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Parkplatz vor der Tür und Bäcker 5 min entfernt. Schöner großer Garten mit Strandkörben wo man gut verweilen kann.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend. Der Schlafbereich unter dem Dach ist sehr eng. Bei längerer Sonneneinstrahlung lässt sich ein Aufheizen insbesondere des Schlafbereichs nicht vermeiden. Wegen der billigen Fenster ohne wirksamen Sonnenschutz. Die Geräuschdämmung zu den anderen Wohnungen im Haus ist sehr gut. Die Austattung enthält das Nötigste; ein solcher Elektroherd stand in meiner ersten Wohnung, 1980. Putzutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden und der Staubsauger enthielt einen neuen Beutel. Die Schranktüren sind fast alle lose und sollten dringend justiert werden. Sie fallen sonst heraus. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Nebel an einer Nebenstraße ist recht ruhig. Es gibt kaum Verkehrslärm.
