An outbuilding restored using eco-friendly and energy-efficient methods, situated in a beautiful location on the outskirts of town, offering a wonderful panoramic view with partridges, pheasants, and hares passing by, and horses grazing in the distance. The terrace invites you to listen to the birdsong from a massive oak tree and offers plenty of space to relax by a fire pit as night falls. Clay walls, wooden floors, tiled floors with underfloor heating, and a fireplace make the house a wonderful place to be in every season.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor.
On the upper floor, there is an additional bathroom and three bedrooms: a single room, a room with a queen-size bed, and a room with a double bed.
The house is part of a large farmstead nestled in a vast meadow landscape, 3 km from Lüchow and Wustrow. Both towns offer shopping opportunities; in Wustrow, the community centre is called “Die Kurve.” In Lüchow, you’ll find a bike rental shop, a swimming pool, several restaurants, a weekly market, and an excellent bookshop.
