The property features a furnished private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and barbecue facilities. The location is convenient, not far from Blanes, Santa Francesca and Santa Cristina. In the vicinity you will find various restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, a weekly market on Mondays and the Water World amusement park. A visit to Girona and Barcelona is also recommended.



There is free parking on the street and a parking space in a garage. Older couples and families with children are welcome; groups of friends are not allowed. One pet is permitted. Smoking and organizing events are not allowed. You are asked to respect the community rules, be considerate of the neighbors and observe quiet hours (no noise from 22:00 to 08:00).



Towels for the beach and pool are available for an extra fee. Transfer to/from Barcelona or Girona airport is possible for an extra fee. Please note that government regulations regarding water may be in effect during your stay, which could limit the use of the pool, garden watering or tap water.
