A house with a view

We are a three-generation-family who stayed in the house in the beginning of July. We all loved it. The house is beautifully designed, very spacious and has a stunning view. The surrounding area is quiet. It was easy to get in touch with the owner.

Modern new villa with awesome sea view!

We had a really great stay. The villa is super modern, in a quiet residential area on the coast. The house is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay (large kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 terrasses, AC in every room, ...).The large glass windows are quite impressive: you have spectacular sea views from almost everywhere inside the house. Also, we've enjoyed natural light from morning till dawn. The pool area is spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. The beach at Canyelles is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.Communication with the hosts was smooth and very helpful. We'll be back, in summer. Recommended.

It’s a nice property, but the description isn’t entirely accurate. It said that ‘The accommodation features 6 state-of-the-art air-conditioning systems (windless, noise-free) in each bedroom and living room,’But in fact 2 of the bedrooms don’t have those machines. One bedroom had nothing and one had an old mobile machine which was ridiculously noisy and not fitted, so it was ineffective. If we’d known this before we wouldn’t have booked the property, so we felt mislead. There are other small things - it’s not as close to the beach as it said it was; 2 of the en suites aren’t really en suites, they just have a shower, sink and toilet in the actual bedroom; and also one of the bedrooms is only accessible by going through another bedroom (unless you want to go outside and back into the house through a different door), which is quite odd and not very practical. If these things had been described accurately I would have had no problem with the property (although we wouldn’t have booked it!).

Thank you for your feedback, though we are surprised to hear your experience did not align with the flawless stays our guests have consistently enjoyed, especially considering ourselves and our staff personally assisted you on three separate occasions during your stay to ensure your needs are met. We take great pride in maintaining our seafront Costa Brava property to the highest standard, ensuring it accurately reflects the premium experience detailed in our listing. In addition to the 180* seaview from the 1st and 2nd levels, sea at less than 50m, our seafront property, includes premium installations such as a 2025 installation of six state-of-the-art, non-flow air conditioning units, a professional Klipsch HiFi sound system in one of the 2 living rooms, telescope, drum systems, for adults and kids leasure, etc. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and wish you the best in finding future accommodations that better suit your specific preferences.
