Schöne, moderne FeWo in zentraler Lage, nah zum Strand und zum Ortskern. Wohnung super gemütlich, toller großer Balkon. Wer es allerdings sehr ruhig haben möchte, ist eher nicht richtig, da die Wohnung an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Uns hat das nicht gestört.

Wohnung okay. Ausstattung Küche unzureichend. Besteck und Geschirr absolutes Minimum und für eine vernünftige Nutzung des Geschirrspülers zu wenig teilweise fehlen Löffel etc. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung neu und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, so dass eine negative Bewertung ausgesetzt wird.
