Welcome to our charming lakeside apartment! Located on the first floor, this cozy 54 m² retreat is ideal for up to 4 guests and perfect for families seeking a relaxing getaway.



The bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed—ideal for families with children. A baby cot is available free of charge for the youngest guests. The modern bathroom includes a bathtub for relaxing evenings.



The fully equipped private kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy meals together. Free Wi-Fi and a satellite TV offer entertainment for your evenings.



Step outside to your private balcony or enjoy the lovely garden—perfect for relaxing or playing. A free parking space is available directly at the property.



Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally for an extra fee, or you are welcome to bring your own. Pets are warmly welcome (for an extra fee). Smoking is only permitted on the balcony; smoking is not allowed indoors.

Pros: Gute Anbindung zur Autobahn Cons: Das der Welan nicht ging sollte mal nachgeschaut werden war aber nicht so schlimm

Sehr ruhig und kinderfreundlich. Ordentlich und sauber.

Pros: Ruhig und kinderfreundlich. Ausstattung der Wohnung super. Würden immer wieder hinfahren. Cons: Es wurde nicht in der Anzeige geschrieben, daß man 1 Stunde vorher anrufen solle,daß man um 16Uhr da ist.Hausmeister am Telefon sehr unhöflich. Kein WLAN trotz Beschreibung.
