Snowboard trip with friends

We stayed at Chalet Sorinne for a weeks snowboarding holiday. There was 8 guys in total and the accomodation was perfect for our needs. Nice open lounge and dining area where we could all gather in the evenings. Large kitchen for cooking meals for the group. There is a supermarket 3 minute walk away and the Super Morzine gondola is a 10 minute walk away in the morning. The host was a little slow at replying (the booking was also managed by an agent - Holiduu) but she was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely house, clean and exactly like the advert. Check in was hard to organise with the host and also was told we needed 1000 cash to check in. Not ideal. A lock box would be way easier! Apart from that great stay and would happily return.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're absolutely delighted to hear that you loved the house and found it clean and just as advertised. Our main goal is to ensure a fantastic experience for all our guests. We truly apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the check-in process and the cash requirement. We completely understand how a lockbox would simplify things, and we’ll definitely discuss this with the host to enhance the experience for future guests. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us! We're thrilled that you enjoyed your time here and would be more than happy to welcome you back for another amazing stay! Best regards, Your Holidu Team.
