Located in the residential area of Loano, in the heart of the Riviera di Ponente, immersed in the greenery of gardens and flowery paths, 1800 m from the sea and the center, it is one of the most welcoming and well-equipped facilities in Liguria. Comfortable and with areas reserved for children, it has 3 outdoor swimming pools and a large solarium with sun loungers and parasols for those who want to relax under the sun. The village's excellent restaurants offer Ligurian dishes and specialties of regional Italian and international cuisine. Guests can relax on the tennis, mini football and beach volleyball courts. A convenient free shuttle bus connects it to the center of Loano.
The club card for daytime and evening entertainment with games, tournaments and shows for adults and children is included in the price.

The studio apartment has an area of approximately 22 m2 and can accommodate up to 3 people, including babies and children. It consists of a double bed, a single bed, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchenette for added convenience. There is an option to add a cot (0/2 years) within the stated occupancy limit. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a table and chairs.

Useful and general information
• Check-in from 5pm - please inquire in case of late arrival.
• Check out before 10am.
• Late check-out (maximum until 7 p.m.) subject to availability and only possible from approximately 01/03 to 30/06 and from 31/08 to 31/10, to be confirmed the day before the departure date with a surcharge of €50 .00.
• Panoramic restaurant - pinseria "La Luna Rossa", open for dinner, à la carte menu, payment on the spot.
• Animals are not allowed.
• Mini market, bazaar from June to September.
• Beach service with special rates for guests, payment on site subject to availability.
• Swimming pools are open approximately from June to the end of October. Guests can enjoy a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a swimming pool with children's section, a wavy infinity pool with waterfalls, a Jacuzzi hot tub for 10 people; From October, a swimming pool will be partially covered, at the discretion of the management.

The price includes
• Rollaway bed 0/1 year on request for the maximum number of persons allowed, if requested when booking.

• Shuttle bus to and from the center, from June to September at fixed times (the service may be temporarily suspended at the discretion of the management based on the number of people).
• Club card for daytime and evening entertainment with games, tournaments and shows for adults and children from approximately the end of May to mid-September, included in the price (31-5/15-9).
• Mini club and junior club for children from 4 to 11 years in the special area "Otto Kids Club" with games, tournaments and shows from the end of May to mid-September, included in the price (31-5/15-9) .
• Free public parking, adjacent and unattended, subject to availability.

The fee is not included
• Garage on request when booking, payable locally €10.00/night (deposit €30.00 per electronic key also required).
• Baby package 0-3 years, on request for the maximum number of persons allowed; including cot with linen, bottle warmer, high chair, baby bath and changing table: € 60.00 per week with payment on site.
• Laundry service.
• Comfort Service: €60.00 per week per apartment for the Two-room Apartment for 4 people including tidying up and full change of linen mid-week (excluding kitchenette crockery).
• Comfort Plus Service: €180.00 per week per two-room apartment for 4 people including daily cleaning (excluding kitchenette crockery) and complete linen change 3 times a week.
• Package of 7 breakfast buffets: €112.00 for adults, €56 for children from 3 to 8 years.
• Package 7 buffet meals (lunch or dinner), water and wine included: approximately from 28/2 to 29/5 and from 11/9 to 31/10, € 224.00 per adult, € 112.00 per child 3 t/ m 8 years. Approximately from 30/05 to 10/09 € 245.00 per adult and € 245.00 per child.
• Single meal: breakfast for adults €18.00, lunch €30.00, dinner €35.00. Children 3 to 8 years: breakfast € 12.00, lunch € 20.00, dinner € 25.00 in consultation with the management.
• You can rent an additional sunbed in the solarium on site at €8.00 per day; 2 extra sunbeds parasol € 25.00 per day June-September; €30.00 per day in July and €35.00 for the month of August.
• Pool towel €4.00 per change, with €10.00 deposit.

The village requires a number of deposits to be paid on site:
• €30.00 for the remote control of the air conditioning.
• €30.00 for the electronic garage key.
• €10.00 per rented pool towel and deposit for bicycles.
• The deposit will be refunded upon departure upon presentation of the payment invoice.

• Tourist tax, if applicable, to be paid locally.
• Some services may be temporarily suspended at management's discretion based on occupancy levels.
• Due to the COVID-19 medical emergency, services may be unavailable or restricted in response to new possible additional regulatory measures.
