Ess- und Wohnzimmer klein, ungemütlich, schlecht geschnitten. Küche eng. Badezimmertür ging tagelang nicht zu. Steile Treppe beeinträchtigte zusätzlich den Wohnkomfort. Kein Balkon, keine Terrasse.
