Villa Seelust apartment 6: tasteful, high-quality 3-room apartment close to the beach

This very spacious, high-end 3-room apartment (approx. 69 m²), located on the ground floor and completely renovated in 2023, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. All rooms in the apartment feature high-quality floor tiles (with underfloor heating) in an elegant wood-look finish.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, shoe rack, and a large closet, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The spacious and very attractive living/dining room features a separate seating area with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a large sideboard. From the living area, you can access the south- and west-facing, approximately 12 m² sunny and covered terrace (furnished with a table and 4 chairs) via the hallway. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer evenings in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features two modern flat-screen TVs (in the living room and the first bedroom). In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen area features a fully equipped, modern built-in kitchen with high-end appliances, including a 4-zone induction cooktop, an oven with grill function, a microwave, exhaust fan, refrigerator and separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The inviting and very cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed (180 x 200), two nightstands with bedside lamps, a very spacious closet, a clothes rack, and a bench. This bedroom also features an additional modern flat-screen TV.

The separate and additional second bedroom also features a comfortable box-spring double bed (2 x 80 x 200), two nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.

To ensure a restful night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with curtains and blackout blinds.

The modern and very spacious bathroom features a comfortable, senior-friendly walk-in shower with a clear glass shower enclosure, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and plenty of other storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack (with a closet and mirror) in the spacious entryway of the apartment.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your holiday rental (approx. 400 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment in the building’s courtyard; your bicycles can be stored in a bike rack in the carport of “Villa Seelust.” If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the covered terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
