Wpark Mühle WE 7.2: spacious 3-room maisonette apartment over 2 floors

This welcoming, spacious, and very cosy 3-room duplex apartment (approx. 77 m²) spans two floors (the ground floor and the attic) and offers a high degree of functionality; it is fully furnished. The flooring in the living room and the bedroom on the second floor is vinyl, while the bedroom on the ground floor has carpet; the kitchen, entryway, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) or a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway with its coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable leather couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a sideboard; and various shelves. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony), you have an unobstructed view of the large and well-maintained garden of the holiday apartment complex.

The apartment has a total of 3 balconies (2 of which are furnished with a table and chairs), accessible from the entryway, the kitchen, and the bedroom. Here you can sit back and relax in the greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, and a small selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The separate kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots. From here, you have direct access to one of the 3 balconies (approx. 3.5 m² / south-facing / with a table and chairs).

The cosy 1st bedroom (on the 1st floor) is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and also has direct access to one of the balconies (approx. 5 m² / north-facing / with a table and chairs).

The very spacious and separate second bedroom (on the 2nd floor) features two separate single beds, a spacious closet, a small sideboard, and two sitting or reading areas, each with one comfortable armchair and a small table.

The bright and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a bathtub, a sink with a makeup mirror, a toilet, a bathroom cabinet, a stool, and ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway. Directly in front of the apartment entrance is another covered balcony (facing west) with a large bench.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in a separate building within the residential complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a covered bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balconies for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as a starter kit for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
