The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads over an external stair directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 additional bed at sitting area, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 3 chairs. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Cooking nook 5 sqm and with dinette, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.

Villasimius. The holiday apartment is located in a residence within a hotel complex. The residence is situated in Villasimius, a holiday resort on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, characterised by long beaches with fine, white sand and a crystal-clear sea with a gently sloping seabed. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach some beautiful beaches such as the protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. Villasimius not only offers numerous attractions such as archaeological sites and museums, but also discos, clubs, picturesque shops and typical restaurants where you can enjoy traditional specialities and excellent local wines. The centre of Cagliari is only a 10 to 15-minute walk from the residence, and Simius beach is only 2.5 km away.

Cagliari airport and port are about 50 km away. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.
