Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung Vorallem in der Küche. Die Einrichtung wirkte insgesamt sehr neuwertig. In der Küche sind 2 große moderne Kühlschränke. Echt top! Unsere Teenager haben den billiardtisch geliebt und auch draußen Lagerfeuer gemacht. Es war für alles gesorgt - sogar grosse und kleine Axt.Es gibt auch 2 große flatscreens mit zum Beispiel YouTube und Netflix. Für den Pool war es bei uns leider zu kalt, aber auch dieser wirkte sehr gepflegt. Man kann sich selbst nur auf dem Grundstück gut beschäftigen. Und nun zum Besten: die Kommunikation ist wirklich Mega. Schnelle Antworten auf Anfragen, Hilfsbereit an jeder Stelle. Man bekommt ein super YouTube Video wo man in jedes Details eingeführt wird. Richtig cool und zeitgemäß. ( Video kommt so ein / zwei Tage vorher ). Beste Gastgeber,den ich je erlebt habe!

Uns hat es sehr gut in Pavels Unterkunft gefallen. Das Gebäude ist geräumig und hat ein großes Außengelände - perfekt für größere Gruppen mit oder ohne Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen großen Garten. Es war alles sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Der überdachte Pool war wirklich ein Highlight und auch unter der überdachten Sitzgruppe hatten wir alle genug Platz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr nett.Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und können den Aufenthalt in der Villa Rudolf sehr empfehlen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft für mehrere Leute

Wir haben diese Unterkunft als Gruppe von mehreren Familien und Freunden gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden.Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 20 Leute und ist gut gelegen für eine Reihe von Ausflügen ins Riesengebirge. Selbst ein Tag welchen man nur im Garten des Hauses verbringt ist gut genutzt. Die große Wiese, der Pool, die Liegen, die Tischtennisplatte, der Grillplatz und der kleine Spielplatz für Kinder laden dazu ein. Darüber hinaus war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr angenehm. Wir hatten stets das Gefühl, dass unsere Fragen und Wünsche ihm sehr wichtig waren. Daher gibt es von uns 5 Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist zentral gelegen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Vielleicht sollte man daran denken Duschhandtücher einzupacken. Handtücher sind vorhanden.Der Garten ist sehr schön. Der Pool super angelgt und die Pergola ist auch sehr schön geworden. .

Tolles Haus, netter Vermieter, schöne Umgebung

Das haus war groß und hat genug platz für 12 personen geboten. Leider war der pool nicht wie angepriesen warm (wir hatten nur 15 °C) und konnten ihn deshalb auch nicht, wie erwartet, während unseres Aufenthaltes nutzen. Darüber hinaus hat eine große couch oder sofa für einen gemütlichen tagesabschluss gefehlt (das gilt aber nur als Tipp bzw Verbesserungsvorschlag). Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine schöne Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Er war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und das zu jeder Tageszeit.

We chose Svoboda nad Úpou because it offers the best of both worlds — it’s close to top attractions in the eastern Giant Mountains, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Within minutes, you can be in Janské Lázně, on the Tree Top Walk, or heading toward Sněžka. And just a short drive away, you’ll find one of the most visited natural landmarks in the country — the stunning Adršpach Rock City.
Another small but valuable benefit: the local tap water is exceptionally pure. Its quality meets the standards of bottled baby water — crisp, clean, and naturally refreshing. It’s a simple detail, but one that adds to the overall comfort of your stay.
