Upstairs, there is a playroom with bean bags, a TV, an XBOX ONE X console, and a wide selection of board and card games. Children can access the playroom via the stairs or the climbing wall.



Outside, there is a spacious terrace and a seating area with a barbecue. The covered, heated saltwater pool is perfect for summer fun, while the sauna is ideal for unwinding after an active day. Children have a safe, enclosed play area, and there are opportunities for sports and adventure by the stream, as well as a place for a campfire. The technical room provides storage for sports and ski equipment and includes a washing machine and dryer.



The layout of the house is practical: four bedrooms are located upstairs, and on the ground floor there is a separate apartment with a bedroom, seating area, kitchenette, TV, and private bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with towels, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. Parking for three cars is available on-site.



The area offers plenty of opportunities for summer and winter activities. In winter, you can quickly reach the slopes of SkiResort Černá Hora – Pec and the Špindlerův Mlýn ski area (25 km away). Sports enthusiasts can enjoy swimming at the Vrchlabí Aquacenter or play indoor tennis. Golfers can visit the courses at Prosečné and Mladé Buky. In summer, the surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling, and trips to attractions such as the Dvůr Králové Zoo, the baroque Hospital Kuks, or the Stachelberg military fortress. A day trip to Prague is also easily possible.
