Vorab: Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll. Schöne Lage und super Ausstattung. Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und dafür hätten wir 5 Sterne vergeben. Leider ist die Vermietungsagentur „Strandblick“ eine komplette Katastrophe. Das Ferienhaus haben wir ab 16 Uhr Anreisetag gebucht. Entsprechend standen wir rechtzeitig vor dem Ferienhaus - nur leider war kein Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten hinterlegt. Die Vermietungsagentur war 90 Minuten nicht telefonisch erreichbar und konnte auch dann keine Auskunft darüber geben, ob das Haus bereits gereinigt wurde und wo der Schlüssel war. Wir warteten also mit 2 übermüdeten Kleinkindern vorm Haus… Um 16:30 Uhr erschienen dann schließlich die Reinigungskräfte und wir konnten gegen 18 Uhr das Haus beziehen. Organisation und Kommunikation seitens der Agentur komplett unprofessionell. Eine Übersicht, welche Häuser bezugsfertig sind und eine Information über Verzögerungen, ist das Mindeste, was bei Häusern in dieser Preisklasse von einer Vermietungsagentur zu erwarten ist. Schade, bei so einem tollen Haus!
