The apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-family house.
Access is through the courtyard, which also features a small garden with a pond and a swing chair.
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the entryway with a coat rack. This entryway leads to the open kitchen on the right. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a washing machine, a small dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker (Senseo pods and filters), a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and other basic amenities. There’s also room for a small table with stools.
Continuing to the right leads into the living room. This space can be separated by a folding door. Here you’ll find a large dining table, a 40-inch TV with Wi-Fi access, an armchair, a small coffee table, and a sleeper sofa with a full-size mattress for 1–2 people (1.4 m x 2.0 m).
From the hallway, turn left to enter the bedroom, which features a double bed for 2 people (1.8 m x 2.0 m) with separate mattresses. There is also a small TV with Wi-Fi access (24 inches) in this room.
The bathroom, located in the adjacent room, includes a shower, toilet, and sink.
All windows have insect screens, and the hallway has a motion-activated light.
Towels are provided, and the beds are already made.

The holiday rental is located along the city moat in the small town of Luckau. The town centre is a 5-minute walk away, and shopping and dining options are also nearby, just a 5- to 15-minute walk away.
In Luckau, there’s a Laga Park, an indoor playground, a modern outdoor pool, boat rides on the city moat, St. Nicholas Church, the Kulturkirche, and much more to discover.
It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the Spreewald (Lübben or Lübbenau). Berlin and Dresden are about an hour’s drive away.
