Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Freundliche Gastgeber, die bei Fragen auch gerne weiter helfen. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich anfangs etwas schwierig, was aber nicht an den Gastgebern sondern an der Vermieter-/Vermittlerfirma Novasol lag. Als der direkte Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber hergestellt war lief die Kommunikation reibungslos. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gegend ist auch schön und bietet viel zu entdecken. Unser Hund hat sich auch gefreut in der wunderschöne Natur der Vulkaneifel spazieren zu gehen und in der Unterkunft willkommen zu sein.

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in war pünktlich und verlief freundlich und schnell. Unser Urlaub mit unseren 3 Kindern (20, 11 und 1,5 Jahre) war erholsam. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man sich wünscht, vorallem Platz. Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten (Terasse und Balkon) um draußen zu essen oder einfach den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Beides haben wir genutzt. Auch das Kräuterbeet durfen wir mit benutzen...einfach lecker!!!Danke
