Located in Plouha, Brittany, this spacious 150 m² holiday home welcomes you just 3 minutes by car (20 minutes on foot) from the beach. Perfect for a family or group of up to 5 guests, it offers 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms with showers, plus a third bathroom on the ground floor—ideal for rinsing off after the beach. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen and a lovely private terrace overlooking a fenced garden. The ground floor is step-free, making access easy for everyone. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the property.



Please note: The property is home to several animals that add to the charm of this authentic Breton setting—two very friendly Beauceron sheepdogs, as well as peacocks, ducks, and chickens. These animals live on the property and will be present during your stay. If you have allergies or are uncomfortable around animals, please consider this before booking.



Main amenities: WiFi, cable TV, dedicated workspace, washing machine (to be installed in 2025), baby cot available.



Bed linen and towels are not provided, but a rental service is available on request for an extra fee.
