Feast of Old Rigging from 24 to 27 July 2020

Longère in stones 4 * entirely renovated, in Paimpol, in the immediate vicinity of the trade and the marina, in peace.

All comfort (insulation with ecological materials, aerothermal for underfloor heating ...), functional, modern decoration, enclosed garden not overlooked.

It is close to shops, the marina, the swimming pool, the cinema ...

A bakery is located at 50 m of the lodging, a supermarket and a grocer's shop 100% Breton products with 100 m: BREAD and RACING ON FOOT!

A charging station for electric cars is also nearby.

Do not hesitate to go to the marina on foot, where you will find bars, shops and restaurants very nice but also at the beach following a small trail at the end of the port! A big market is held every Tuesday morning in the center of Paimpol.

Your rental of 100 m2, bright, consists of:
- on the ground floor :
* fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, small appliances, blender, mixer, raclette and fondue ...) with dining area, overlooking the garden, warm and sunny with garden furniture (French window),
* bedroom with double bed (160 * 200) and large dressing room,

* living room with flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs, overlooking the garden (patio door) and dining area for 6 people,

* room with 2 beds 1 person (80 * 200) can be twinned, chest of drawers and wardrobe,

Nice and quiet place in North Bretagne

Very clean and well equipped, beautiful house and good location. The owners are very friendly and helpful! We spent two great weeks exploring the north coast of Bretage, great walks and bike rides and fantastic food.

Ty Fany has been superbly restored and modernised.

Ty Fany is extremely well presented and my wife and I were really pleased with our choice of accommodation in Paimpol. The property has 3 beds all of a similar size and 2 bathrooms, suitable for a family or friends sharing. My wife cooked a lot of food during our stay and I think that every possible utensil is available in the kitchen, as with the rest of the property everything is catered for. Space to park one car off road. Paimpol itself is a great place to visit and we were more than happy with our choice of location. The supermarket is 2 minutes walk with plenty of choice, fresh fish etc. The bakery is again 2 minutes just around the corner (closed on Wednesday). My wife enjoyed the local market, buying fresh vegetables, spices etc, well worth a stroll. We only ate out twice for an anniversary meal and La Cabane Sur Les Quais Paimpol is definitely recommended, very pleased with the food and service. Paimpol is great for walking and a car is needed if you want to visit the attractions outside of Paimpol and there are many, La Roche Jagu is worth the 5€ entry fee. Ile de Brehat is a must visit and a lot of walking needed (good shoes required). We visited the museum in Paimpol most of the text is in French but interesting even if you are not fluent in French. Stephanie and Thierry are fantastic hosts and the communication for everything was just what is needed when you want a relaxing holiday.

Très beau logement parfaitement situé

La maison est une petite merveille d'espace dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. Elle est généreusement équipée de tout. L'emplacement central mais calme permet de se rendre rapidement à pied dans les magasins, les restaurants et les boutiques. Le supermarché et la boulangerie se trouvent au coin de la rue. Les hôtes sont très attentifs et chaleureux, la communication est excellente. Nous y avons passé 14 jours très détendus.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das alte bretonische Haus ist sehr gut zurecht gemacht, sehr funktional und trotzdem gemütlich. Schöner kleiner Garten und Terrasse, Liegestühle vorhanden. Für sechs Personen gut geeignet. Sehr gute Lage, Parkplatz am Haus, Ladestation 200 m entfernt, Supermarkt 500 m, Bäcker ebenso, Ortsmitte/Hafen 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Très belle maison

La maison ancienne a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très bien équipée et les literies sont de qualité. La maison est très bien située près du centre ville. Le jardin est charmant. Super location à réserver si vous voulez visiter Paimpol et sa région

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in tollem Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns direkt beim Ankommen sehr willkommen gefühlt - der leckere Far Breton der Vermieterin war ein toller Willkommensgruß! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Selbst Grill und Fondue/ Raclette sind zur Nutzung vorhanden. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei, die bequem im Gartenschuppen abgestellt werden konnten. Paimpol selbst bietet ein nettes Hafengebiet mit guten Restaurants. Der tägliche Bedarf kann fussläufig gedeckt werden. Ein Highlight ist der wöchentliche Markt in der Stadt. Ansonsten sind viele Ziele gut mit dem Fahrrad (allein 3 Austernbars in der Nähe) oder auch dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus für einen Bretagne-Urlaub sehr empfehlen.

nous sommes venus pour découvrir la cote de granit rose, super paysages, chemin de randonnée bien aménagé, Visite de Bréhat, balade sur le Trieux en barque et bien d'autres balades dans les environs. 100 Km de rando pour notre quinzaine... Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Stéphanie avec un bon far breton maison. Nous recommandons cette location idéalement situé Paimpol est une ville vivante

Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem komfortablen, mit viel Charme und Stil eingerichteten sauberen Haus. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und in sehr gutem Zustand. Ausserdem bequeme Betten. Ein hübscher idyllischer Garten, fast mitten in der Stadt. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, der Stadtkern, Geschäfte, Bahnhof, Post und der Hafen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und möchten vor allem selbst wieder kommen. Danke an Stephanie für den selbstgemachten Far und den Cidre. Und für ihre Freundlichkeit und dass sie für unsere Fragen immer erreichbar war. Hoffentlich bis bald!

Eine Woche in Paimpol

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Madame Stephanie hat uns mit einem Far Brtron und einer Flasche Cidre begrüßt. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses war gut. Paimpol ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Über die Kommuniktion mit der Agentur kann ich keine Aussage treffen, da die Kommunikation nur mit der Vermieterin stattfand

Een absolute aanrader.

Een heerlijke, en comfortabele woning waar je je meteen thuis voelt. Van alle gemakken voorzien en superschoon. Gelegen vlak bij het centrum van Paimpol en met de Intermarché en (niet onbelangrijk) een laadpaal op steenworp afstand. Stéphanie onthaalde ons op een warm welkom en was vriendelijk en adequaat in de communicatie, zowel vooraf, tijdens en na ons verblijf. Een absolute aanrader. Dank Stéphanie en Thierry.

Superbe maison de vacances

Superbe maison de vacances idéalement située à 10 mns à pied du centre de Paimpol, décorée avec goût et comprenant tous les équipements nécessaires.
