Dragon villa vacation apartment close to the beach with terrace and panoramic sea view

We have a lovely holiday rental in Scharbeutz, offering a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the beach from both the living room and the covered terrace. All of our guests have praised the apartment’s location and view.

With 61 square metres of space and separate living and sleeping areas, it offers plenty of room. The beach is only about 300 metres away across the pedestrian bridge. Our fine-sand beach is arguably one of the most beautiful spots in Lübeck Bay, especially for children and teenagers. Scharbeutz has become even more attractive thanks to the “Dünenmeile” and the modernization of the town centre. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance.

Despite its quiet location, you’re just a short walk from the centre of Scharbeutz or the Ostseetherme, and Timmendorfer Strand isn’t far either.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You can park right in front of the apartment. The terrace is like a recessed balcony on the hillside—hardly visible from the street but offering a magnificent view of the sea.
We also have a bike storage room if needed.

The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 people. Please note the ceiling height of 2.02 m. The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an additional bed (100 cm wide). The large living room offers flexible sleeping arrangements thanks to an additional bed (100 cm wide).

Children are welcome. A cot and high chair can also be provided. The bathtub has a shower screen. Amenities include cable TV with an LCD flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi internet access. Calls to domestic landlines are free. The dining table can be extended to seat six people. The separate kitchen is newly furnished with a two-burner stove and a combination oven (microwave with convection and grill). A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and egg cooker are provided, as are plenty of dishes and silverware.

The covered patio is furnished with garden tables and chairs.

Scharbeutz is an ideal starting point for many recreational activities, such as visits to Hansa-Park, Sealife, the bird park, estates, etc. Day trips to Lübeck, Travemünde, Eutin, Holsteinische Schweiz, and Bad Segeberg (Karl May Open-Air Theatre) are highly recommended.

The range of sports activities is diverse, from swimming, surfing, scuba diving, and sailing to water skiing, hiking, jogging, and biking, as well as tennis, horseback riding, and golf.
